My Story
Built at the
Intersection
"My most profound work isn't done in a boardroom — it's done in the spaces in between."
My career has lived on both sides of the equation — engineering and leadership, technology and people, operations and psychology. I spent over two decades operating at the highest levels of Fortune 100 high-tech manufacturing and national security, where the stakes were real and the complexity was relentless.
But my most transformative learning didn't happen in those high-pressure environments. It happened as a student of the people I led, as a hospice volunteer, and as a community leader — places where I discovered that true leadership requires deep empathy, vulnerability, and the courage to be fully human.
Today, I bring both worlds together. The leaders who will thrive in the next decade will not be the ones who know the most — they will be the ones who can lead people well and leverage AI effectively.
