Executive Coaching
Coaching for the leader everyone else depends on
You’re the one with the full calendar, the waiting team, and the decisions that can’t be delegated — or so it seems. This is one-to-one coaching for front-line managers to senior executives who want their strategic hours back without losing their team’s trust.
To serve you best, my coaching is rooted in the Co-Active method — built on the conviction that you are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to help you think more clearly about your own week than you’ve been able to alone.
What makes my practice unusual is the other half of my background: twenty-five years as an operating leader in Fortune 100 technology and national security, with deep fluency in analytics and AI. Our sessions move fluidly between the human work — presence, hard conversations, the story you’re telling yourself — and the practical craft of delegating to people and machines.
How it works
Take the Focus Snapshot
Five minutes, twelve questions. A read on how you're operating right now — and where focused attention will pay off first.
Free 15-Min Discovery Call
Every engagement starts here. We explore what coaching is — and isn't — what's driving your interest, and decide the right next step together. Even if that step isn't coaching.
The Engagement
A focused sprint, a full delegation audit, or a coaching arc — scoped to where you are, opening with a full-hour strategy session and a 90-day plan you'll actually run.
Honest answers to fair questions
What happens on the discovery call?
Fifteen minutes, free, no prep. We talk about what's prompting your interest, I explain what coaching is and isn't, and we decide the right next step together — which is sometimes a book recommendation, not an engagement. No pitch, no pressure.
What does coaching cost?
Engagements are scoped to fit — from a focused sprint to a multi-month coaching arc — and sometimes sponsored by your organization. We talk real numbers on the discovery call, before you commit to anything. No surprises.
How long does an engagement last?
Anywhere from a few focused weeks to a 90-day arc, matched to the outcome you're after. Every engagement has a defined finish line — coaching that never ends isn't coaching.
Is coaching confidential?
Completely. If your organization sponsors the engagement, we agree up front on what gets shared — progress and themes, never the content of our conversations.
Start with fifteen minutes
Every engagement begins with a free discovery call — and the Snapshot gives us both a head start before we talk.
