The Fine Print, Kindly

Privacy Policy

The short version: I collect only what you give me, use it only for what you asked, name everyone who touches it, and delete it when you say so.

Who I am, and what this covers

I’m Lorenzo Gutierrez, and this site (lorenzogutierrez.com) is operated under Creo Holdings LLC. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, and what your choices are — in plain language, because that’s how I try to do everything. Effective date: July 18, 2026.

Information you give me

When you use the contact form, I collect your name, email, and message. When you join the early-readers list, I collect your email and first name. When you take the Focus Snapshot, I collect your name, email, role, your answers, and anything you write in the open response. I only collect what you type — nothing hidden.

The Focus Snapshot and AI processing

The Snapshot deserves its own section. Your scored answers, role, and written response are processed by an AI language-model service (currently Anthropic’s Claude, accessed via OpenRouter) to generate the personalized read you receive. That processing is used solely to create your results; I don’t permit these submissions to be used to train AI models under the API terms of those services. Your results and responses are stored so I can prepare if we later talk.

Information collected automatically

The site uses essential cookies and local storage to function (for example, remembering your cookie choice). With your consent via the cookie banner, it may also use analytics — Vercel Analytics (which is cookieless and anonymous) and Google Analytics (which uses cookies, only after you accept). Decline, and the site works exactly the same.

How I use your information

To respond when you write to me, deliver your Snapshot results, send early-reader updates you asked for, book calls you request, and understand what on this site is useful. That’s it. I never sell your information, and I never share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Email: what you'll get, and how to stop it

Two kinds of email exist here. Transactional (your Snapshot results, replies to your messages) — sent because you asked. Marketing (early-reader letters) — sent only if you joined the list, and every one carries a working unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately. You can also just reply and say “remove me,” and I will.

Who touches your data

Named plainly: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email delivery), OpenRouter/Anthropic (Snapshot processing, as above), Google (analytics with consent, and calendar booking — when you book a call, scheduling happens on Google’s appointment system under Google’s privacy policy). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Your rights

Wherever you live, I’ll honor the spirit of the strongest privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA): ask me what I have about you, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, or ask for a copy. Email me and it’s done — no forms, no verification maze beyond confirming you’re you.

Retention and security

I keep form submissions and Snapshot results while they’re useful for our potential work together, and delete on request. Data is stored with reputable providers using encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affects your data, I’ll tell you promptly and plainly.

Children

This site is for working professionals and isn’t directed to anyone under 16. If I learn I’ve collected a minor’s information, I’ll delete it.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes meaningfully, the effective date above changes with it. Questions, requests, corrections: email lorenzopg@gmail.com.
