What this site is — and isn't
This site shares ideas about leadership, offers the Focus Snapshot, and lets you book conversations with me. It is not professional advice. Coaching is not therapy, and nothing here is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you’re in crisis, please reach a licensed professional or emergency services — that matters more than anything on this site.
About your Snapshot results
The Focus Snapshot generates results from your answers, including a written read produced with the help of AI. It’s a starting point for a conversation, not a diagnosis or a guarantee. Treat it the way you’d treat a thoughtful colleague’s first impression: useful, sincere, and worth pressure-testing.
Acceptable use
Use the site as a good-faith human being: no scraping, no abusive submissions, no attempts to break things, no impersonating others, and no using the forms to send spam. I reserve the right to decline or delete submissions that violate this.
Intellectual property
The content here — writing, frameworks, the Focus Snapshot, and the language of Between Meetings— is mine (or licensed to me). You’re welcome to read, share links, and quote briefly with attribution. Republishing, teaching from, or building on this material commercially requires my written permission — just ask; I’m reasonable.
What you send me
You own what you write in forms and the Snapshot. You grant me only the limited license needed to operate the site: to store your submissions, process them to generate your results, and respond to you. I don’t claim any broader rights to your words.
Third-party services
Booking runs on Google’s appointment system; email arrives via Resend; the site runs on Vercel. Links may take you to services I don’t control, governed by their own terms.
Warranties and liability, plainly
The site is provided as-is. I work to keep it accurate and available, but I can’t promise it will always be either. To the maximum extent the law allows, my liability related to your use of this free site is limited to $100. Nothing here limits liability that the law says can’t be limited.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA. If we ever have a dispute, we’ll first try to resolve it the way I’d coach anyone to: a direct, good-faith conversation. If that fails, disputes belong in the state or federal courts of New Mexico.
